2025 New Member Promotion

Offer valid January 1 – March 31, 2025.

Membership will renew at the rates listed below for the 2025-2026 Membership Year.

Membership Year begins July 1, 2025.

Annual Membership

“Subcontractor” means any person, partnership or corporation engaged in building construction and customarily furnishes labor and/or materials for building construction projects. “Labor” shall include any shop labor for the manufacture or fabrication of specific materials to be installed in a particular construction project.

“Suppliers” and “Materialmen” shall mean any person, partnership or corporation which furnishes materials or equipment for the direct use in building construction projects. Suppliers and Materialmen should apply for Membership as a Subcontractor.

An “Associate” is any firm engaged in rendering services to the building construction industry.

CTSA must maintain a ratio of no more than (1) Associate Member for every (2) Subcontractor, Supplier or Materialmen Members.

Membership in CTSA shall be open to all approved Subcontractors, Second-Tier Subcontractors, Materialmen, Suppliers, and Associates who maintain a recognized, permanently established business within the membership area and are actively engaged in the building construction industry with a general reputation as a competent, responsible and ethical firm. Membership shall be approved in the name of the firm at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors.
